Raised in a small business family, I have lived every side of the entrepreneurial climb. I started my first company in high school, worked closely with business owners preparing for sale as an M&A advisor, and later co-founded and scaled a multi-location healthcare business to a successful exit.

Along the way, I developed a deep belief that entrepreneurship is one of the most powerful forces for good in the world. But it should not burn you out in the process.

Pinnacle helped me drive growth and impact.

Inspired by my autistic twin brother and my professional experience in healthcare services, I launched Ally Pediatric Therapy, a company serving children with autism and related needs. Leading the business through rapid growth, I learned firsthand how challenging and rewarding it is to build a values-driven company with strong culture and operational discipline.

We scaled the company to more than 250 employees across 8+ clinics, earned recognition on the Inc. 5000 and Best Places to Work lists, and ultimately completed a successful majority sale in 2022.

What helped us navigate the challenges and thrive? A system that clarified the vision and enabled execution. Simply put, having a business operating system like Pinnacle was our cheat code.

Now I guide others to their Pinnacle.

Today, I run Higher Peak Business Coaching, where I help my clients grow faster, build enterprise value, and have fun doing it. I have deep expertise in healthcare, and I've also served clients across home services, B2B services, technology, non-profits, and specialty distribution.

I also have significant experience coaching searchfund operators and entrepreneurs who acquired businesses through the ETA (Entrepreneurship through Acquisition) model. I help these operators shift from buying the business to scaling it with clarity, discipline, and purpose.
